Our remittance and payment services are subject to Spruce Global’s standard service agreements, which are separate from these Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

Upon registration and acceptance of a service agreement with us, you agree that Spruce Global is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account unless such access is due to our negligence.

Fees may include transaction charges, foreign exchange spreads, or other service fees. These fees are final and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Additional bank or payment processor fees may also apply, depending on the method of payment.

To comply with AUSTRAC regulations, Spruce Global performs identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for all customers. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate personal and business information. Spruce Global reserves the right to terminate your access to our services if false or misleading information is provided.
